The appointment system is a nightmare - I phoned 3 days in a row at 0800 and was unable to see a doctor - I got to speak to the doctor because I was having trouble with my medication.

I have been a patient at Walnut Tree Health Center for many many years and have never had a reason to complain about anything. The doctors and all other staff have always been exceedingly caring and professional and the building very clean and well run. I might add that over the years I have visited the MK health centers with my daughters and their children and have always been much relieved that you looked after at Walnut Tree.
